We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, size, weave, finish or appearance may occur and are not considered faults.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

All measurements provided are approximate.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:

  • Products become unavailable
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • We are unable to fulfil the order

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

6. Products

Handcrafted Products Clause

Many of our products are handcrafted by artisans. Variations in weave, stitching, texture, shell placement, embroidery and finish are part of the character of handmade products and are not defects.

Feather Insert Clause

Feather inserts may naturally lose loft over time and require occasional fluffing to maintain appearance.

Outdoor Product Clause

Outdoor products are designed to withstand normal outdoor conditions but should be stored appropriately during extreme weather events to maximise lifespan.

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers available on our website.

Coastal Addiction does not store credit card details.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post
  • Couriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Industrial action
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be payable by the customer.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind purchases, returns may be accepted at our discretion in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Sale and clearance items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

11. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

Gift cards, discounts and promotional codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Can be used indefinitely or as long as Coastal Addiction is trading
  • May not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

  • Text
  • Designs
