What if I change my mind and want to return my purchase?

We have a 100% guarantee and 14 days returns policy as totally get it, sometimes colours and styles are not always what you hoped for!

Please return your items unused, in the condition in which you received them and in original or similar-standard packaging.  A full credit will be offered so you can choose another style or a refund for the purchase price.

Please note products bought on sale or via a promotion cannot be returned.

Shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility and items must be received back at Coastal Addiction premises within 16 business days of receipt. 

 

How do I manage a refund or exchange for a faulty product?

While all our products are double-checked before shipping, Coastal Addiction will provide a refund if the product is faulty or not received in the way it was described online. Proof of fault is required via photo or video to illustrate the issue. 

Upon approval of the refund by Coastal Addiction (and return of the product if specified), we will issue your refund via the same method you used to pay (less shipping costs).

Are your products always available?

We make every attempt to ensure the products promoted on our website are available and in stock however there may be occasions when due to circumstances beyond our control a product is no longer available or may take longer to deliver than originally stated.  If this is the case, we will let you know and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
 

What are my ordering options?

  • Online (our preferred method) via www.coastaladdiction.com.au using our secure credit card facility, PayPal, Apple Pay or Afterpay (please refer to Security section below). 
  • Or, call us directly on 0414 886 987 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone and send you a credit card link on Square for payment.
  • Or, direct debit can be easily arranged - please email hello@coastaladdiction.com.au for bank account details

 

What is the policy for clearance or sale items?

Clearance, promotional or sale items are not eligible for a refund or to be returned. All clearance or sale items are final.

 

How do Pre-orders work?

When you pre-order, you are ordering an item not currently in stock but which is on order with delivery expected imminently.  Delivery times are difficult to estimate exactly as many factors are out of our control (customs, shipping times and so on) however we will endeavour to predict a timeline based on our knowledge and experience. We will stay in contact with you and inform you if there is an issue or delay.

 

Can I return cushion inserts?

100% ethically-sourced feather inserts are offered for all non-outdoor cushions at point of purchase - simply click on "feather filled" when you select your product.  Man made inserts are available for outdoor cushions only.  

Please note inserts attract a higher shipping rate due to the weight and volume of the items - see Shipping. Cushion inserts are eligible for return only if in their original condition and cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
